Who operates this site, what services are offered, and the disclosures required by Texas law.
This is the Houston, Texas version of Senior Move Roadmap. The guides, resources, and framework are the same as the national site — free for any family, anywhere. The Houston site adds local real estate expertise and a direct contact for families navigating this transition in the Houston metro area.
The Houston site is operated by a licensed Texas real estate agent who specializes in working with families navigating senior transitions. Services include traditional residential listing representation and, separately, direct investor purchases of properties in AS IS condition.
⚠ SITE OWNER TODO — Update before launch:
Replace this callout with your personal bio. Suggested content:
• Your name and any relevant designations (SRES® — add after Thursday)
• Brief background — how long you've been in real estate, why you focus on senior transitions
• Your personal connection to this work (if you have one)
• Your direct phone and email (optional — or just route through the form)
Keep it human. This page builds trust. The best bios are specific and honest, not marketing copy.
Listing agent services. When acting as your listing agent, I represent you as a licensed Texas real estate agent in the sale of your parent's home. My fiduciary duty runs to you. I will disclose the brokerage relationship in writing and provide the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form as required by Texas law.
Investor purchases. Separately from my real estate license, I purchase properties directly in AS IS condition as a principal buyer. When doing so, I am not acting as your real estate agent — I am the buyer. This distinction is disclosed in writing before any offer is made, as required by Texas law. You have the right to have your own agent or attorney represent you in an investor transaction.
"Two completely separate roles — both fully disclosed. You always know which hat I'm wearing."
All eight Senior Move Roadmap guides are free for any family, regardless of whether you ever use real estate services. They were built to help — not to generate leads. The guides are the same on the national and Houston sites. Download them, share them, use them.
